Who this notice covers
Jennifer Ferrara does business as Nook Lending. Loans are made through MPA Home Loans, NMLS #2778343. This notice covers how information you share with Nook Lending, and with MPA Home Loans as the loan is processed, is collected, used, and shared.
Why we're required to tell you this
Federal law (the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) requires financial companies to explain how they collect, share, and protect your personal information. This notice follows the standard federal model format used across the mortgage industry.
What information we collect
Depending on where you are in the process, this can include: your name, address, phone number, and email; income, assets, and employment information; Social Security number and credit history; and property information for the home you are financing.
Reasons we can share your personal information, and whether we do:

How we protect your information
We use security measures that comply with federal law, including secured systems and limiting who has access to your file to the people working on it.
Can I limit this sharing?
The only sharing that happens is what is necessary to actually originate and process your loan, including sending your file to the wholesale lenders we shop it to. That sharing cannot be opted out of and still have your loan processed. We do not sell your information or share it for outside marketing.
